Excellent medical centre been registered since 2006 never had a problem. Receptionists are for me very friendly and helpful so the people putting them down probably rude first. I've never had issues. The doctors have always taken Time to sort out any problems I've had latest being trapped nerve in shoulder repetitive strain injury. Showed physio to help ease the pain. For me very professional practice.

Love this centre. Receptionists always find me the quickest appointment, nurses always super helpful, attentive and caring. Thank you everyone. Read below negative reviews and decided to elaborate why I think the centre is great. I’ve been living in Liverpool 14 years before I moved to Basildon and in contrast appointments in Basildon Dipple clinic are very easy to book. They alway answer the phone and sometimes can book you in the same day. On one occasion I had to get a Pap test done. After the nurse examined me she rushed my appointment in the hospital as a priority because she felt it was necessary. I got seen and sorted in a week. I had a few occasions when I had to call in for random small issues and every time it was fast and efficient. I think the reason receptionist needs to know the extent of the problem is to determine who to book with and how quick. I just think we all need to take a chill pill and remember that this is an underfunded public clinic. If you want pleasant customer service and fake smiles go private or for contrast try booking an appointment in a big city.

Absolutely disgusting service from the receptionist, actually had the cheek to tell me I'm not asthmatics because I haven't had a pump prescribed since 2020, apparently it left me.as a child! how dare she!! Then denied me a pump when I'm practically begging!! I have been having trouble breathing for years because of the fact I'm so scared to go the doctors , and this is the reason why, every time I go I end up in an argument with the receptionist because they think they are medically certified to tell me what my condition is or isn't!! Absolutely disgusting surgery should be ashamed of themselves to be run in such a horrible way, no friendliness whatsoever absolute attitude from the second she answered the phone! Go get a different job if you can't be nice to people !!

If I could rate this GP 0 I would. Have been next to no help since the 'pandemic' started, overly cautious about what seems to be some form of cold. I have been spoken to rudely by a particular receptionist on more than one occasion. Been waiting nearly 2 years for a follow up appointment at the balance clinic, the balance clinic is blaming the GP for no referral & the GP tells me it has been sent ( I have been suffering vertigo / off balance issues ) I have had to pay for a private blood test because they refuse to send me to have my bloods taken, this is expensive and I cannot afford to keep having them done. I called roughly a month ago to explain I need a blood test for high iron levels as I am experiencing worrying symptoms, I was advised I need to have a telephone appointment with the doctor which was a 2 and a half week wait. I accepted the appointment only to be told a day before the appointment that the doctor is off sick and my appointment is cancelled.. I will need to call to re-book. You have to listen to 4 minutes worth of trollop about coronavirus before you join the queue to actually speak to someone, then you sit on hold for what seems like eternity and 9/10 no one bothers answering the phone. GP is not fit for purpose, NHS is not fit for purpose.

Just arrived for a 1.30 and receptionist has already said the dr won’t be out for another 45 mins! This happened last time! Really poor time keeping! Why not just give me a 2pm appointment if you know you’re ALWAYS running Hello logic!

I am not sure of both the Dr name but it was 2 diff ladies that I spoke with on 2 diff occasions.. They were both fantastic extremely compassionate and I felt that finally I was listened to ..They then followed up my phone appointment with a well being check ..I don't know why this surgery has such a low rating I refuse to believe it has anything to do with the Dr who treated me.

I'm currently with Dr Arayomi's surgery and wanted to speak with a Dr regarding mental health... they cancelled my appointment last minute, upon phoning them the next day they couldn't tell me when my point would be but I'm on a list for a phone consultation.... its a good job I dont have a urge to harm myself because this may have driven me over the edge. I'm desperately searching for a new Drs because the only thing these people seem to care about is there body count. Disgusting.... To add to this I'd been going to the surgery every few weeks because of reoccuring health problems.... before giving up and changing surgeries after two visits to my new doctor it was discovered I had a massive brain tumour... to put this in perspective 7months of nothing but repeating the same advice from Dr Arayomi and 1 month of two appointments and a MRI from my new surgery for a diagnosis. I put in a complaint to the NHS... and frankly nothing really happened.
