Worst customer service ever ! Was ignored for 15 minutes despite the sales rep telling me she’d be with me in a minute . Purchased a perfume and the lady shoved it in a bag which wasn’t even Dior and didn’t bother like she was nearing the end of her shift . Poor attitude and stuck up staff that ignore you like you’re a peasant . Will not be coming here again !

The lady engraving my lipgloss was lovely and her service was great although her colleague(Harley) was very rude and aggressive towards me and shunned me away he was I’ll mannered and how I was treated was downright unprofessional, although everything else was great and all the other people were very helpful Harley if your reading watch your attitude next time x
