I ordered the modern washing pole with a ground socket. This is extremely well made and looks great. The ground socket is fantastic and sits flush with the ground so you don’t need the post up all the time, with a new garden and patio area you wouldn’t know we had a post when it’s not in use. The service was also great as I had a number of questions, which were answered immediately.

Ordered 4 washing line poles in April. Delivery was really quick. Work began on garden last week and I discovered 2 poles were a different type from those ordered, I hadn't opened all 4 when they arrived. I called with little expectation of this being resolved without a new purchase. Sarah quickly arranged pickup of 'wrong' items and delivery of the poles I had ordered. I am delighted with the product and the service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Diomet to anyone!

We ordered glass and stainless balustrade from Diomet after finding their details on a Google search. Adam recommended products that might work for us and did us an illustration and quote via email. After deciding to go ahead, Adam came out to do a full survey/measurements (for a small fee) and then the products were bespoke made for us. All of the team at Diomet including the accounts, delivery etc were very helpful and accommodating and the instruction sheet/link to video to help with self installation were excellent. We are very pleased with the product and would not hesitate in recommending to others.

Ordered a number of glass clamps from Dio-Met. Some were missing from the original order and were immediately dispatched when I let them know, arriving the next day. When I ordered another batch, they were let down by the delivery company and chased them for me until they arrived. I had great communication from Sarah throughout. My builders were very pleased with the product and commented specifically on how high quality they are. They look great up. Will definitely use again if needed, and recommend wholeheartedly!
