When I first arrived the customer service was as bad as I have received anywhere else. It was as if the manager was going out of his way to be unhelpful, that the questions i asked were not valid (e.g. that I should already know where things are kept in the shop) and it was a chore for him to be there and to help. I remember it being similar previously. Towards the end, for whatever reason, he lightened up when I brought up the music he was playing. For the most part I found the experience pretty strange and not that pleasant. I never write these reviews but it's not actually ok, hopefully it will change next time

Lovely little art shop tucked away in Headingley… I was in search of printing paper and quite a specific compass and was provided with honest guidance from the helpful shop owner. Will definitely be back as shopping for art supplies IRL is a much better experience and would 100% recommend dropping by

The selection of materials is limited and overpriced. The owner/manager is grumpy, unhelpful and uninformed. Very little reason then for buying here rather than on the web, unless you’re desperate for something quite basic and can’t wait for delivery. If you want guidance and advice, look elsewhere.
