Typical soft play but with the dinosaur theme. Clean, well-organised and I didn't see any bad behaviour between kids. Staff are friendly

This place is an absolute joke. You are not allowed pushchairs in the play area and if your child is asleep you need to wake them up. Will not be returning again absolute ridiculous. For the price you pay to entre the soft play you would think a pram would be allowed to entre. I have never been to a soft play where a pram wasn't allowed. Now my older child will need to miss out my my other child is asleep. Asked for a full redund and they wouldn't give the money back.

Dreadful for birthdays. Avoid at all costs. They for 'health and safety reasons' don't allow parents to accompany thier kids to birthday parties. They prefer to risk children getting lost while being left unaccompanied. Thier website is inconsistent with the restrictions they impose afterwards. Dreadful.

When it first opened was at least 4 stars but the laser room (where you have to dodge the laser lines) is closed, the foam ball shooters are broken and the giant ball room no longer has giant balls therefore making it...a room. Such a shame that standards have dropped. This place has potential.

The floor is very dirty after 10 min white socks were black, they should mop the floor and clean the site after each play slot…

Oh dear, not cheap and far from cheerful. Greeted at entrance by miserable fellow at door who wouldn't let us in unless we booked "online" ie by phone 2 yards from him. Payment facilities were one yard away. Talk about inefficiency! Inside, a melee of screaming kids, 4 rubber dinosaurs an a play area with slides. Adults had to pay a fairly hefty entrance fee just for the privilege of buying expensive drinks in the cafe. Most concerning were the very young staff, more interested on their mobiles than health and safety. Quite happy to watch 13 stone adults careering down the kiddies slides and bowling toddlers over.
