Awful experience. I got a phone call the day before my daughters 1st birthday party to explain that the soft play and bouncy castle we had ordered had been double booked and therefore we couldn’t have it despite booking it 4 months prior to the party and paying a deposit to secure it. I tried to come up with numerous ways around it to help them and instead I was just straight over and over again that the van had already been loaded and that she wasn’t prepared to sort it again. I actually felt sympathetic towards her at first because it seemed like a genuine mistake but the longer it went on I was the one who was spoken to rudely as if I’d done something wrong. I’ll never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. My daughter is now without soft play and bouncy castle thanks to your mistake!

Emma saved our daughters 5th birthday party that we had been let down for with only 5 days to go. We desperately wanted a Frozen castle but when we first spoke to her she said she had a Disney princess one with Arna & Elsa on which at such short notice we settled on. My partner went to meet her so she could set up the castle at the venue in the morning, and I nearly cried when I got there an hour later to see she had brought us a Frozen castle. Emma also provided us with Elsa & Olaf costumes too and a snow machine and truly made our daughters party a special one to remember. Her friends loved it and she was so so excited when she entered! Would definitely recommend Emma and will hire from her again. Friendly, good communication and reasonably priced. Thank you Emma 🙂
