Been to Ding Tea lots of times and loved it, but probably won’t be back again. They had new workers who were totally incompetent and had no idea about any of the dietary / allergy information about their products. I asked which products were caffeine free and got told matcha tea had no caffeine… fortunately I already knew this was not the case but it is worrying that this was the advice given by someone who works there and should know as this could be a serious health and safety issue if someone is advised incorrectly with an allergy. Very disappointed in the service and will not be back. Edit: thank you for the response, it was Saturday 20/5/23 at around 6pm (served by a young woman in a red top). I will also be reporting to Food Standard Agency as having untrained staff who do not know what they are serving and incorrectly informing customers allergen information is a serious issue and needs to be flagged up so there isn’t a more severe incident in future because of this.

One week a ago I reviewed 5 star and today ding tea totally disappointed for their bad hygiene and rude attitude of the boy when i raised it. I found hair in the drink 😫 Never going back because of their rude customer service.

We ordered lychee oolong tea and it was probably one of the best bubble teas we’ve ever had. We got 50% sweetness and less ice and it was the perfect balance. The staff were also so sweet and kind.

The menu board is too small and I cannot read it knowing what drinks are available while queuing. We ordered a Ding Tea Milk Tea with tapioca and a Brown Sugar Bubble Milk. Although it claims the brand originated from Taiwan, I am surprised to learn that tapioca isn't included and is a chargeable topping. Ding milk tea has a good tea flavour and armora. The tapioca was cooked perfectly - tender and chewy. Despite the fact that we asked for half sugar level with brown sugar bubble milk, it still tasted too sweet. Overall the drinks were made in good quality and I would come back trying different flavours of bubble tea. According to their Facebook page, they do have a reward stamp programme but I wasn't told and I couldn't see any info while I was in the store.
