I usually don't call if I don't have any urgent reason, and everytime I call the receptionist are rude and unprofessional, will never have an appointment, even when hospital is asking them to contact me and support, they will not support, and you call first thing in the morning. GP's will blame on each other for actions that should be taken, and no result will be communicated back to you, doesn't matter if they need urgent attention, they will document in there system online pacient informed, and you will have no clue. I will definitely register with other GP, they are not safe, already rated inadequate from CQC now I see why.

Three time i've got there at 7.45am to get to see a Doctor only to be told a doctor will call you by phone, the receptionist has got a don't care attitude & needs to be trained in people skills.

Worst gp ever just don't bother. They lie to people to get you out the door and when problems arise they basically say oh well and leave you with the mess.

Terrible and worst Gp I’ve ever experienced. I call at 8am on the dot, wait almost a whole hour and still there are no appointments left once I get to the front of the line. This gp needs more workers and new receptionists to add onto that. I have moved recently but I’m considering going back to my Old Gp which is 40 minutes away, in comparison to this one which is 5 minutes away, as I know I am better off there where I will be able to get appointments ever so easily. And receive 5/5 service from the doctors just as much as the receptionists. This is a horrible horrible Gp, and from just looking at other reviews I’m shocked this place hasn’t closed due to the poor service. 0 starts from me
