Dignity pet crematorium shows such Dignity, care, compassion, support, understanding, respect and more just simply a truly special place. The best send off you could ask for for your beautiful little souls that ment the world to you. It's such a difficult time but I can say I'm so happy I was directed to this place, knowone else can beat this. They have thought of all the little things that mean so much and made it truly special for my beloved Angel ❤🐾 Such beautiful location & gardens which really does help the soul and gives you time you need. We can not thank you enough, you would not be disappointed and dont look anywhere else, any animals of mine will be going here as they have gained my trust on this first journey with my Angel ❤ Thank you again

Extremely helpful and understanding. Very lovely staff welcoming and helpful. Especially to my beautiful one blue eye whippet called jasmine, having her cremated today and was so lovely being there present during her final seconds while she was being cremated. Our cat Jerry was hit by a car in the night, the team at Dignity were incredible. They were fully booked all day but managed to get us in, they were compassionate, understood our situation and were brilliant from the get go. Thank you to the Dignity team for allowing us to give Jerry a final goodbye.

Disgusting lack of service and compassion. To call and be asked what order number my dog was was a disgrace. I left a message on Saturday with no apology or call back at all. I then called Tuesday today when my dog had past to be asked to hold for a receptionist if I didn’t want to leave a message and after holding for 15mins was put through to a voice mail!! Dignity you have NO DIGNITY.. You have become a commercial uncaring business and it makes a customer when grieving feel as though the main objective of your company is no longer empathy nor a compassionate service to customers but a financial gain. You should feel ashamed of the service I have not be provided. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..

We have, sadly, had to use Dignity twice in the past. We lost both of our huskies (18 months apart) and the service from Dignity was amazing. The way that they treated our dogs, the way that they treated us, the compassion and communication was absolutely outstanding.
