Initial communication could have been better, other than that I've received the keys 4 days after viewing, finalizing agreement was straightforward and quick, and after moving in I'm very happy with the flat and the quiet area.

Since I moved in just over two weeks ago I have had numerous problems arise ,electric cut absolutely no help from Mosef who says any problems come to me . Try phoning offices only to be passed onto management who aren’t around and voicemail you can’t leave as it’s full and has been since I started ring this number . Now my txts and calls are being ignored. Not at all Very professional .

Unprofessional. Lack of communication when they see fit. Will profile you if you suit a certain stereotype and tell you nothing is available, when previously it seems like they have properties in abundance. Late for appointments. If you are homeless I wouldn’t go with these people as I doubt you’ll end up finding a suitable place. Oh yeah lack of accountability when they don’t communicate with you accordingly.
