Really disappointed with my recent experience from digitalab. I always order my professional prints from them but I will be going elsewhere from now on. My prints arrived damaged, I tried to contact them by phone, emailed them, sent them a message on Facebook messenger (which was seen but not replied to). Eventually I commented on one of their posts on Facebook and someone replied saying they would get the team to contact me ASAP. Over a week has past from that and I still haven't been contacted.
