    I do not recommend this company! I had a contract sold to me buy one of there partners. The partner Spinnaker Associates closed there business. Rather then making contact with me (and others in the same situation) to explain the situation and come to an agreement with me (and others) now diss connected. DWS just cut off our business lines! 4 days with no contact from customers ! its not the first time that this has happened either last time when Spinaker missed a payment (obviously they were struggling). I was disconnected for 4+days! This is not how customer relations should be handled and is extremally poor for a company operating in the communications industry! The staff I have spoken to are polite and have tried to be as helpful but it is clear that the company is either being miss managed or they need a serious look at there operating procedures. The sad thing is that 1) this could have been dealt with very differently with out cutting people off. 2) this could be resolved very quickly to get us out of the currant situation but instead of temporarily reconnecting customers people are being left hanging for 4+ days which will turn to 7 after the weekend!
