    Would give zero stars if it was an option. Have ordered CDs twice from this place (don't know why they were given a second chance). First time the CD didn't arrive and had to argue for a refund. Second time, the CD was supposed to come with autographed artwork. Ordered Nov 22 (as a Christmas present) but still not received the artwork (almost March 23). Customer service is a waste of time : either fob you off that they're too busy; or just ask you to provide all of the information, already provided, again. Now pursuing a refund through our bank. They won't be getting a third chance!

    Just a dreadful company. No customer service what-so-ever. A "contact us" form that is never* answered, despite an automated email being issued in response to an enquiry - an automated email that is updated with current affairs that might impact their service e.g. Royal Mail strikes. That is the extent of their effort. There is no contact number listed anywhere on their website. The email addresses that are listed are no longer in use and push you back to the contact us form. It is real shame that artists insist on using this company. Fans being robbed by two individuals that just do not care. *Truthfully, I can not say they are never answered, but I have been waiting 5 months.

The commercial postage refund offer was never successful once the Paypal claim was lifted... Shameful! (Original) Très mauvais service client. Ne répond que sous la pression de la réclamation via Paypal ... Le colis a mis 1 mois à arriver, au lieu de 4 à 7 jours. L'offre commerciale de remboursement des frais de port n'a jamais abouti une fois la réclamation Paypal levée ... C'est honteux!
