Of course he will give you a "good" price. That's because his costs are extremely low. He exploits artists, he receives the art and never pays them. Shame on Digital Shoguns, his owner and everyone that uses their services.

Will Appiah is not a trust worthy person. He makes a lot of promises and talks a lot but never pays the artists he hires. Do not use the services or work at this company. It is a scam..... Run as fast as you can if they contact you to do a job.

Did a work experience there for 3 months then I got given a "freelance" work with a deadline of 2 weeks. After agreeing the rates and what was to do, I started working. At the end of the 2 weeks when it was time to talk about money and me being paid, they disappeared and weren't replying to any mail or Skype message, although I was using the same one where I was receiving my "orders". Very unprofessional and if you respect artists a minimum, maybe think of someone else to work with.
