Dont normal review anything but this place is a complete joke 😂 the guy acts nice, like hes doing a good job for you but he does nothing for you once you leave the shop. Screen broke and took the phone in for repair, the guy ensured me it would be next day, kept returning and still "no screen delivered, it'll be in tomorrow I promise" God knows where from. It was nearly two weeks before they fixed the phone and there was still backlight bleed they said they could do nothing about. Offered me a free glass screen protector as part of the deal, returned to the shop about 10 times in the last two months to pick it up and he had an excuse everytime. Excuses like "he couldn't find one on the internet I showed him one on eBay in the first 5 results" or "it's been delivered i just can seem to find it in the shop" making you wait everytime. Obviously I have the money to buy a screen protector it's just the fact he offered me one after they had already took two weeks to do a half-arsed repair and still kept making excuses.

After 6 , yes 6 days of waiting for my phone to be fixed (sim tray problem) I was offered a replacement phone for £20. Was then IGNORED on the phone as I tried to ring & inquire about it, DIGITAL FIX, FIXED NOTHING, absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen! Wouldn't even give 1 star if I had the choice!
