Fantastic customer service kept us informed at every step before and after service. Engineer arrived on time and explained the pricing then assessed the fitting of a wall bracket and TV. He removed our old wall mounted TV we already had a bracket which he was able to use for our new TV so we were able to return the new bracket we had purchased which was a plus. As we are a childcare setting he used trunking to tidy the power cord and keep the are safe for the children.

Called the office on Monday and the lovely lady in the office, Elaine, booked an engineer for the next day. Dave the engineer replaced the faulty aerial with a modern new one as well as replacing the aerial distribution module. All the work was completed within 2 hours and very happy with the service. Absolutely brilliant professional company and would definitely recommend.

Elaine in the office was very accommodating and polite. When Ben the engineer arrived to mount our TV he made himself known and gave us a very competitive quote.
