Called them 3 times over the space of 3 weeks to resolve a simple problem - get my Apple Mac printing to the new Canon copier/printer they supplied. Kept getting told some guy called Jess would call me. Never heard from him. Still cant print on the new Canon 3 weeks later. Shocking customer service in my view.
