    Very disappointed with the level of service I received, given incorrect information multiple times, staff left and they didn't even know who I was when I called as my case hadn't been reassigned , told to split my case which was later found to be wrong and cost me for representation and expenses in a simple matter , catalog of errors and when I complained I woke less than 24 hours later to a made up fabrication about dishonest information via an email, which essentially was an attempt remove their exposure by trying to find a breach of contract. Horrible service don't expect to get as say in anything , expect to get treated like a pay cheque , and if your unhappy with how things are going they will try to find a way to dump all legal expenses on your door step in my opinion. Thank goodness the other legal representation I had has backed me up with evidence or this could have been extremely expensive and even more stressful.

    They prey on abuse victims and scam them, very sick and twisted group of people. They get their fees and then take 10 percent of victims payouts on top. Beyond sick!!!! Look at the bbc report and the victims charity's response. A bunch of god awful creatures!!!!

    I dealt with them prior to and over the pandemic and I found them to be a professional, courteous and efficient service. They don't pester or harras you, like you hear of some solicitors. I dealt with several individuals over the course of my claim (from being hurt in a car accident when some idiot boy racer shunted our nearly stopped car, at speed). I took a while to progress the claim, due to my own mental anguish/malaise, but I found the firm very helpful. It was Neil who finalised the claim and I was very happy with the result, as I have never made a claim for anything like that before, but was advised by friends and family after myself and my other half were injured. Definitely 5 stars and 2 thumbs up from me and I would recommend them to others.
