A woman in coach g seat 21 has been on her laptop which is visible to half the coach with personal details of what I assume is staff names and personal details. To add to that she also discussing personal details on her mobile. Plump woman with brown hair. I take it she's not done her information governance training. Extremely poor and wrong.

Coach station, plain and simple. It's just what I expected and a little more! The big problem is you have to pay 30p for the loos, (which I have no problem doing), which I would expect to go to the upkeep of the toliets! But very clearly doesn't, complete waste of 30p!!!
