I didn’t receive my medication after a month of waiting and ringing the clinic for assistance I asked for a tracking number as it was sent special delivery but no one could provide this The parcel has now been redirected back to the clinic who are refusing to refund me even though I didn’t Receive the package/medication They are offering to send it back out but as this is the second delivery in 2 that I’ve had issues with I’ve decided against the diet as it’s clearly not going to work with a month of waiting for medication Not happy with this service and find it ridiculous I can’t get a refund when the product is now in their possession and was not delivered

Absolutely shocking place. Awful service. It's a chaotic mess. Staff mess up emails, they make you pay by bank transfer ONLY and then will no refund you when it's weeks to see the Dr as they didn't tell you was on holiday. You get blocked on the facebook page for a comment they did not like. WAS A NIGHTMARE TO GET A REFUND AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I lost 13lb on my own before I joined diet uk on 4th may,had my first tablet on 11th May and lost 14lb in two weeks,with the tablets including my 13lb loss I am now 47lb down. Dr numan is a lovely person and I am so great greatfull for her help and would definitely recommend them.thank you .
