I recently moved into a refurbished Grade A listed building in Edinburgh and wished to extend areas of high quality tiling in both the bathroom and the shower room. Despite the small quantity of the potential order Diesse insisted on sending free of charge a sample tile to make sure the match was right - and on confirmation subsequently delivered the requisite quantity of tiles. The care taken by Diesse was exemplary, not only demonstrating competence, professionalism and care but also a pleasant manner. Should the occasion arise I will certainly use Diesse again.
