An excellent experience from start to finish, they were clean and tidy in their work and left the site clear of any debris,. We got a quotation within 2 days of making an enquiry, with a video supplied by us.They remove 2 old Lleylandii and the top 12 metres off a pine tree that had been neglected by the previous owners of the house and we thought it might be dangerous to leave it. They reassured us the tree was safe. We are very happy and would recommend them to anyone needing tree work done.

The experience with the team was fantastic from start to finish. We sent over an annotated image of the tree including the boughs we wanted removing. We were given a quote within 24 hours and a time was scheduled based on my availability. On the day, the team worked quickly and efficiently and took care to not damage any surrounding fences, flowers and play equipment. The tree was trimmed to a high standard and all waste was removed from the property. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again

AVOID! The last thing that I wanted to do was to leave a negative review, but after weeks of trying to sort this out I was left with no option and I wanted to warn others! I wanted to provide the following friendly advice: This company is known by different names, so please do your research - I couldn’t find the business premises, so please arrange a visit before you instruct them because if things go wrong you will struggle finding someone to help you sort it out! If damage is caused please take photos! If you don’t they will deny it and you will be held liable for damage caused to neighbouring property. Please check they have pubic liability insurance - don’t trust that they have like we did. They don’t have any process in place should you wish to complain nor will they allow you to speak to the owner - be aware! Everyone is trying their best to earn a living, but it shouldn’t be at someone else’s expense.
