This place is a glorified benefits centre they aren’t there to help you, they will provide confusing and incorrect information depending on who you speak to and usually differs from the Phone line. The staff are rude and lack intelligence or empathy they spend most of the day booking out hour long meetings that actually last 10 mins and then spend the rest of the time making brews or talking to the group 4 security thugs on site. Its money for old rope. Don’t ask to raise a complaint as no one knows the process and they then threaten to remove you from site using physical force! My time there was a terrible experience and some of the worst and confusing service I’ve ever experienced! Truth be known they don’t want to help vulnerable people in need! they just want to put you off claiming all together - this is not a job Centre they don’t help you to get a job at all.

Awful place. Rude unfriendly unhelpful staff. They need training in customer care and how to help people. The lack of professionalism was appalling. What annoyed me more was the fact they can sanction people for being 5 minutes late but they can happily keep you waiting upto an hour and there’s no comeback on them. The whole DWP need a rocket up the rear end but places like this need to learn some compassion and empathy and people skills.

Went into the Benefits Office yesterday, needing advice and support to amend benefits. Patrick dealt with us and without doubt, he was absolutely brilliant. He gave us all the information we needed and went above and beyond what we ever expected. Can't fault the service we received yesterday, exemplary.
