Excellent service helped me to achieve the diagnosis I deserve, amazing staff including the nurse practitioners, Haven’t seen a dr yet but honestly these folks are so busy underpaid and overstretched. All you have to do when waiting for an appointment is wait on the chairs next to the pharmacy downstairs. Truly amazing nhs service they work with what they have.

The staff are excellent here. However, big issues with the location, they need to move these departments particularly msk elsewhere. Drunk or drug addicts outside, groups of men and one actually walked into me whilst I was stood waiting for my husband to pick me up. I felt threatened. Do not go here. Dirty dreadful place outside. No mobile phone signal inside so you have to go out.
