Once in a while one strikes gold. On Remembrance Friday 11th of November 2022 I struck gold when I contacted Dickies at 11.30 am in urgent need of a last minute wedding suit. The wedding was the next day near Turin, and I had a flight from Gatwick at 5.40 pm. I'd just returned from a trip to Scotland to find that the old suit that I'd planned to use had a big hole in the trousers. Cue the Dickies intervention. I phoned and asked how last minute was their last minute as other places said a week or two in comparison to their normal several months lead time for wedding suits. A cheery "You'd better hurry along and we'll see what we can do for you" from Dickies was the answer I needed and so I tootled down to Brighton from London as fast as I could go. A welcoming warm reception, along with a wide array of suits and colours, and tips and advice, were what awaited me when I reached Dickies. After a try or two I'd picked an excellent suit and off I was to Gatwick and Italy, and a fabulous wedding looking the part along with all the other well dressed guests. Dickies suit and suit hire business along with the people that work there epitomise the great in Great Britain. Great service, great helpfulness, great kindness, and great trust that all add up to make a great small business. If you are ever in need of a suit hire, for whatever the occasion then Dickies in Brighton are definitely the place to go. Especially for any last minute needs. Thank you Dickies.
