Terrible! Absolutely shocking! What is this place, having trainee working on high tec car's! Have given my ride to do a 3 hour job, "we will work on it today sir, you can pick up your car in the afternoon?" It's been day's! Poor timing, poor customer very low effort! Care for money but where's the customer service!?("It's ok if you have money")Is this a professional bmw dealership or a corner shop? Avoid! Avoid!!!

Poor customer service from the staff at this bmw dealership. Had dealt with a staff member called Thomas and he was rude made me feel very uncomfortable and had me doubting if I should even go through with the services. Don’t recommend going here would definitely not be using this dealership again. 👎

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD !!!!!!! Not too sure how they still open DO NOT TRUST THEM! Me and my partner bought an BMW sold as "perfect condition" after 2 weeks our garage told us the tyres were on their limit so they had to be changed, after 3 weeks the car totally stopped working, We tried to get help from SWINDON BMW but they refused so we (on our expenses) took the car to LOCAL SPECIALIST to discover the car has been repaired upon the selling date and the repair was done poorly so the car now wouldn't start/response or do anything at all. Today after months the car is still broken and they have not offered any help once plus they hidden the damages information from us. I hope I can help someone out there with this comment and avoid all the drama we still going through. Thomas was very rude and abusive over the phone and tried every possible way to fob me and my partner off. This company should close down !!! Scam!
