    My car was serviced there less than a month ago. That required a return visit to a 'visual inspection' warning cleared, 20 mile round trip. Then the sump plug came out draining all the engine oil onto the road. I am now stranded for 8 hours until the car can be transported to a garage where not only the sump plug but a socket from the service technician was found in the oily sump cover. I am getting no response from them at all. Worse than terrible service and at the moment I am paying a second bill. Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars!

    Had a problem with my BMW 545e which I had recently purchased from another BMW garage, Visited my local garage at Hungerford and Claire in service reception was so good at handling the whole process from dealing with the supplying garage, getting new spares ordered, booking in the service, arranging a loan car and then finally getting all done so I coould collect the car Well done Claire
