Ordered a funeral spray for our aunt at distance as we live in Cambridgeshire. The flower spray was delivered to the undertakers on time and were absolutely beautiful. We specifically asked if we could have a few bits of blue in it and they found some lovely delphinium sprays to put amongst the pink and white roses, lilies, gerbera and chrysanthemums. It looked great!

I enquired 8 weeks ago for a plastic vase for a grave yard. I went in 6 times each week on the trot. Being told we'll have to one in next week But didn't. It wasn't until the last time I said why don't ask for my details to ring me. They looked quite surprised. That was two weeks ago!!!!!! Still waiting. Certainly not the service you would expect 🤔☹️ but have one in next week but they hadn't

Ordered flowers on Monday for Thursday got there to pick them up not ready had to sit in the car while they made them up specified no lilies went to pick them up lilies she had to remove them and replace them with other flowers what a joke we actually went in to the shop to order them i would not go back there

I visited this shop on two different occasions asking for a personalized bouquet. The staff clearly refused, making up some lame excuses just because it was almost closing time (I was there 20 minutes before closing btw). Additionally, flowers are not fresh and prices are well above average. Avoid at all costs
