This is the second time I have used the Diamonds Factory, the first being in the London Store and this being wholly online with the Birmingham store. I haven’t moved but when I called to make an appointment Louis Y from the Birmingham store picked up. He was superb! He walked me through the process, gave solid advice on my proposals looking to get me the best quality and value. It was wholly thanks to his fantastic manner and attention to detail that I continued with an online order! As an addition, when I called and Louis was away the team were able to pick up my order and knew exactly what was happening with no loss of continuity! We have the ring, it’s gorgeous, and she said yes (well more like “yeah ok then”) Thanks again Louis. Great store, great service, great ring!

Me and my fiancé went to Diamonds Factory a year ago at the beginning of June. We purchased the 'Prong Set Side Stone Engagement Black Diamond Ring' which I am still absolutely still in love with and am chuffed with the quality so far of this ring. Still like new. The diamond stops me in my tracks when I look at it as the clarity, the colour and the quality of the diamond is absolutely fantastic!
