Currently having Windows and doors fitted with Diamond. Nice salesman but don't use as still waiting for everything to be fitted properly, several months after ordering. Apparently a lead time of 10 days, absolute garbage. Once fitted, sills and frames are either measured incorrectly or badly installed and damaged. Due to the sheer wait of lead times, I've been left out of pocket considerably and even have had my builders walk off the job for over a week as they couldn't continue without the guaranteed windows. Go elsewhere.

Rude, unprofessional!!! If you have problems with your Windows or doors they don't even bother to help, dont waste your money or time on that company!!! Specially that its so many more in local area ( Kidderminster) who got much better products, and they more professional

If I could have awarded 6 stars or more, I would happily have done so. Diamond recently completed a fairly big job for us. Kitchen re-design and relocation within the property. Dining room, "old" kitchen & conservatory all knocked through into 1 large open space and extension to the back of the property also added to make it really nice big area. From the first consultation with Gary, through to full completion the service, advice, support, communication and quality of work has been exceptional. Ricky project managed the building work and was on-site every 2 or 3 days and then Gary project managed the interior work and again was here at least every 2 days or so. The tradesmen were of the highest quality, from Martin and Dillon (build), Andy, Joe and team (warm roof, windows, bi-folds), Dan (plumbing), Graham (electrical), Nick (painting), Steve (flooring), & Ed & Gary himself (fitting the kitchen, etc.), Dave & Mark (plastering) - we cannot thank you enough, and apologies if I have missed anyone out - not intentional. We are 100% satisfied and the result and the actual experience has far exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Diamond to anyone - top, top job and we cannot stop smiling. Thank you again

DIAMOND ARE FOREVER From the initial contact to completion, my review is 100% positive, 100%. Initial contact had us meet Mark Simmonds whose advice and knowledge was absolutely first class. He pointed out suggestions which we never considered and all were brilliant. We agreed a price for all windows, and I have to say, there was no pressure at all to sign up. Next we had a visit from the surveyor who was superb and then an installation date was agreed . The fitters, Andy and Rob were brilliant and so, s o clean and tidy, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. They were a fantastic representation of Diamond Windows. Very high standard of the service provided. The original installation date was postponed due to the covid shutdown, however the company maintained the contact and replied to emails without delays. The fitters: Rich and Tony were incredibly good at sticking to the covid guidelines during the install e.g. maintain distance, disinfection after the work was completed. Very professional, tidy and friendly. Self-sufficient and know their job. Highly recommended. Absolutely hassle free.
