I came for a brow threading appointment. The process was a little more painful that I was accustom to but fine nonetheless. However once finished, I noticed there were 5-6 small pin like marks where the hair follicles were around my brows, and that the skin had been damaged there. The lady said it was just makes and should fade by the end of the day (even though the skin surface was clearly damaged). Several days later and they have scabbed over and will take several more to recover. That was unsatisfactory and I will not be visiting this establishment again.
