We had an absolute nightmare trying to get a bad leak on our roof fixed ! So many unhelpful , unreliable people out there ! We had a number of roofers out lots gave bad service and unreliable . Then I found Diamond Roofing , I had a gut feeling about them Mark and Kyle are a family run business , they are very professional, kind , friendly , helpful , polite too , they came out when they said they would , they have fixed a number of problems we had with the roof and did an excellent job , they didn’t put any pressure on us to have other work done but did point out other bits for us , it’s been a stressful few months trying to get it sorted , everytime it rained so badly I could have cried , now thanks to Mark and Kyle it’s all sorted and we don’t have to worry anymore , I will Keep details if ever I have any other issues with roof I will definitely be using them again , as it’s not easy to find a good , reliable roofer , highly recommend them , and will recommend to others as I know how stressful it is not being able to find someone good and reliable . We used Diamond roofing for our renewing our flat roof, ridge tiles and valleys ,they were professional , on time, cleaned up after themselves, you would not know that they had been they were so tidy. A good professional family firm who are polite and friendly. They replaced our extension roof which we had been having trouble with leaks with for a number of years. Only wish that I could give them some more “Stars”, they were that good. Had some ridge and roof tiles blown off in the storms. Phoned them up and they came the same day and gave me a very fair Quote for the work. Very Professional, Polite and very good at what they do. They came a few days later as planned and did a prefect job. Trust me, if you have roofing problems have these people fix it for you, easily beat the rest on price and time to fix. Used Diamond roofing to replace front/rear guttering on our home. Quoted for job which included having scaffolding at rear. They came out and done the job. Cleaned up after all the work was completed. Unfortunately we have two leaks and they have not come back to repair they are hard to get hold of. We have had to get another company in to do the repairs to stop the leaks. I would not recommend them on the basis of there lack of response to the problem’s with our guttering.
