Sam is such a lovely nail tech! Friendly and honest. She listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the nail shop was immaculate. Cleaning was 5â. The shop was sterilized after each client and tools thoroughly sterilized before use. I felt safe in the environment knowing that Sam is exceeding the cleaning and hygine guidlines. I will 100% be back for an infill and I am a very happy customer!

So basically I wonât be going back to this establishment again. Iâve had these nails on for about 3 weeks now. The nail tech was quite chatty which others may like. All my nails are different shapes and lengths. The finish product wasnât smooth, but lumpy. I asked for some nail art to be done and again this was messed up, everyone knows it has to be a mirror reflection so painting should not both be in the same direction on both hands. My thumb started hurting when she put the liquid on and all I was told was to blow on it at first before being told to put it under the dryer. No prepare or aftercare advice was given. The price was bumped up from ÂŁ20 to ÂŁ35. The establishment was very clean, but the nails shouldâve been on point.
