Found David on the internet and was very pleased with his courteous and prompt service He had to order parts for the cooker but they arrived quickly and he fitted it straight away When our fridge freezer started playing up he came and fixed it with no fuss. What a find! Plucked this one off the net and couldn't be happier. Professional phone conversations led to a quick response from Dave who visited promptly. A verbal diagnostic proved to be spot on. I followed Dave's advice what to do on my American Samsung fridge/freezer and it cured problem AT NO EXPENCE! The charge for his time was so reasonable I nearly fell over. It was a bit of ' old fashioned England' - something rare nowadays. Couldn't be happier and will recommend at any opportunity I have.

The guy turned up to fix a leak at the front coming from the door seal on Hisense wm he had a look then said it looked ok then asked for washing up liquid and smeared it on the door seal closed the door and told me its sealing he then jiggled the door and said if i had bought a better quality brand manufactor i would not have this problem i then told him it was more expensive than some indisits and hotpoints i told him to start the machine on a wash and lets see the leak there was 4 items of clothing and he removed them from the drum and run it empty he gave it all of 3 minutes and said see how it goes and call it back in i said i will and washing up liquid wont fix it and he just left man dont have a clue waste of time Service: Washing machine repair

I received a replacement oven which needed to be put in place of my old oven. The old oven had to be taken out and disconnected and disposed of and the new complicated - this morning. Aoven had to be fitted into the gap. I only phoned yesterday and the company called to say they would sort it today.. A very efficient job would recommend them .
