Absolutely disgusting care and no acknowledgement from management that they are at fault but if you ask them they will send you a email to get the link for their app !!!!! They don't tell you that you need this app but the only log as to when and what they do in a visit is on the app!¡!!! Anyone being discharged from hospital please make sure you ask for the app and good luck

Words fail me failings start at the top. My ex husband's carers are pitiful they refuse to put a night bag on his catheter. Leave wet bedding by his bed to be washed by the family. Feed him pot noodles or a soup for a meal when he has a freezer full of meals. They have a duty of care and are paid for a 30 minute slot when we check the camera which was installed to check his well being he's lucky if they are there for 10 minutes. Do they even pocess qualifications.

Honestly terrible place my mum worked there they overworked her so much we only got 4 hours of sleep everyday and got into an accident provided no support to her and after my mum left a lot of the people who worked with her have messaged her saying thank good for leaving and that the workplace is toxic terrible !!!!!!

I have been with diamond for a number of years and have worked my way up to where I am now. The company is very person centred with its approach to the service users. The company is extremely well managed with a very supportive office team in place. I wouldn’t want to work anywhere other than diamond.
