First time visiting practice. Found staff warm and welcoming. Was disappointed with the fact they are in the middle of changing implant specialist and uncertain of when new person is starting. And then only doing Saturday appointments, which is no good for me. Was told I could be put on a waiting list to see him. But unless he changes his day of seeing patients, so unfortunately will not be going back anytime to soon. But apart from that cannot fault other members of staff.

I had 3 visits in about 4 weeks, check up, filling & then another check & as the filing had come out, a replacement was put in at no extra cost. I am an NHS patient. I found booking appointments easy & all staff that I had contact with were very polite & helpful. I have found all of my contact over several years up to a high standard of professionalism & care.
