Very annoyed they gave timing at 10am came at 11:30am then went back to the shop because carpet wasn’t enough then they came back then my hubby had to tell em to go because the time was 3:10 because had to pick our kid from school at 3:20 it was only small stair cases and middle room that’s it and they wasted so much time very lazy it took them literally 4 hours !!! The guy was wasting so much time Last year we only got 2 bedrooms done from somewhere Elsa so professional they only took 40 mins I am shocked with these carpenters I would never recommend them very time wasters and lazy the men were literally going up and down the stairs keep measuring the rooms they didn’t know what they were doing very bad first and last time we getting done from them .

Absolutely amazing service all round from when I visited the shop in leyton I was served by Suleman who was so helpful and friendly couldn't fault him after choosing what I wanted carpet and lino with the advice from Suleman the manager i left the shop a very happy customer got everything I wanted at a fantastic price he was so helpful and professional and geting it all done the following week marvellous Then on calling the shop I spoke to the owner Antonio about the carpet bars who asked me to send him a picture of where I was talking about I sent a video while we was speaking on wassap Antonio advised me that they have all sizes on the van when they come to fit and not to worry the fitters arrived peter and jamil and they got to work straight away another two great staff from diamond cut I must say they was very quick from start to finish and also very friendly and polite the whole experience I've had with this company has been 110% I cant fault them and my carpets look amazing I'm so happy thank you Antonio Suleman Peter and jamil
