First cleaning day today (thank you to our generous son!) and what Leanne managed to do in a few short hours is amazing. Ours is no show-home, and there are lots of challenges for a cleaner, but she did extremely well, and it was such a pleasure to come home after a busy week at work and find the house smelling and looking so clean. I am now torn between wanting to meet Leanne to thank her, and making sure I NEVER meet her so I can continue to believe in fairies! Thanks Leanne, (if you're real!) - you're a diamond! ; ) I'm hoping this will be a regular appointment.

i booked diamond cleaning to do an end of tenancy on my house. 3 guys turned up looking really clean and tidy unlike other companies I've used. i left them to carry on with the work . returned 4 hours later and when i opened the door i was in shock my house looked and smelt so clean ,the carpets were so clean and the oven was like new. thank you diamond . i will be using them to do my weekly clean from now on

I own a public house in kent and i wanted a kitchen clean plus oven cleaning . called diamond cleaning and booked a day 2 guys came round and started cleaning .they worked hard to get the job done in one day and the result was fantastic .i will use them again for my 6 monthly regular clean

Terrible company. Scruffy individuals with no professionalism at all. The work was so poor. The good reviews have been created by themselves in response to the poor ones. I recommended this company to a friend and I'm totally embarrassed to have done so. Keep away from this company.

Diamond Cleaning & Ironing Services : This company has pretended to turn up for a 3 hour cleaning shift only to leave 10 mins later but was caught doing so twice (that we know of!) - there were witnesses both times. They then attempted to charge said client a full three hours, unaware their 10 minute getaway had been witnessed! They also met the client, on a different day, 10 minutes after they were due to arrive..halfway down her road as she returned! Another client has had expensive clothes ruined through their ironing service, was promised reimbursement and is still waiting. The same client's house was left filthy whilst away on holiday, despite the company being aware ( although claimed ignorance despite big For Sale sign) that estate agents were showing potential buyers around the property. Another client was charged an extra £40 on top of her usual £13 per hour per person simply for having her fridge cleaned! Do not trust this company or the people who own (Jim Barton)/work for it. Their policy appears to be to do as little as possible, talk the talk and take your money.
