I’d been looking for months for a special, luxury car and then I found it at Diamond Cars. It was immaculate and Hareem was happy for me to take it on a good test drive. He explained all about the different controls and features and was happy to reserve it for a deposit until I could collect. He was very good at keeping in touch and even rang me to see if the long journey home after collection went well. They had lots of other lovely cars to choose from but this one ticked every box. I’m a very happy customer and would recommend them to anyone looking for a special car.

Where to start? Was I dealing with a Mercedes Benz main dealer or with an individual whose standards were up there with the best of the big boys? The latter and it was a pleasure to receive levels of service and attention not often found today. Ethical beyond measure and I say that because we gave too much money during the transaction, they realised we had passed over too much cash, told us, and gave us back the overpayment we were about to make. Now that's honesty beyond anything I've seen or experienced in a long time. As for the car, I am exceedingly happy with my purchase, I paid a fair price for an exceptional motor - thank you Diamond Choice.

The owner was friendly, welcoming and didn’t act like just another car salesman. It was such an easy process from viewing/test driving the car to driving away, it only took a few days and that was mainly down to the fact I was financing the car (using a third party), I probably could have had the car sooner. I wasn’t up-sold anything or put under any pressure to buy the car. The customer service was great and I’d highly recommend buying from Diamond choice cars to anyone in the market for a car.
