My review isn't about the service, but the driver that "tried" to bully me in Oldbury. I've just gotten off the phone with a very nice customer service lady, 10 out of 10 to her. I've explained that you were going so slow that I thought you were letting me out, but to my surprise you suddenly hit the gas, as I've been travelling in front of you...nothing out of the ordinary may I add. Then you for some reason hit your full beams on and proceeded to intimidate by driving super close to me. Why?? There was plenty of room for all of is lol. Now, I'm a driver myself and I find your behaviour out of order. To top it all you swore at me as you went over the island. As a "professional" you need to be better than that. How about if I'd been a older person? Panicked and slammed the breaks on...your day would of been a different story. Hope you're more considerate to people in the future Mr Bully boy. Told your number plate to the company, for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Have a nice day.
