Fake a review on the website 100% Hungarian Goose Down Pillow - medium, they made a fake review , (because I give 2 star + picture they never shows )!!!! the pillow has no support, £119.99/each after discount 50% £59.99, maybe feathers have 800 filling, but the feather filling in the pillow is very less, and the pillow trim is very cheap, and it is not satin silver border. Also before we buy this pillow, we are both asked question online service, they never replied!!

An incredibly professional company with the highest level of customer service. I bought a firm pillow from them three years ago. It is the only pillow that i have found supports my neck properly without pain. I wanted a replacement - the older one isn't worn out, but i wanted to leave one in Spain rather than travel with a king size pillow (yes - first world problems, i know). The pillow i bought 3 years ago was no longer available, so Diamond Bedding offered to manufacture one for me to the old specification at very close to the same price as my old one. And they did so within just a few days. I am so happy with the service i received and the quality of the pillow they produced. I even ordered an extra one so i have a spare for the future. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for quality, service and customer care.

Not sure about the negative views as my two duvets that I've purchased are super... and I am quite particular! They do make a bit of a rustling noise which may bother some, but the quality is supreme like that of the really expensive brands. Thank you!

terrible customer services, emailed them and chased a reply for a week in regards to contradictory information on their website. no one bothers to reply or to answer the phone, two of the main contact channels they promote via their website. Just he right ingredients to convince customers about their professionalism...not. feels awkward to have to chase them to take my money. plenty more fish in the sea, moving on with a bad taste

14th October 2020 - Update - My 13.5 tog duvet arrived yesterday and have to say it's fantastic. I bought a 10.5 last time and it's getting a bit chilly so upgrading for the Winter. Great duvet, great company, great service - wish all companies were as good. .......... Ordered my Hungarian King Duvet latish on the 28th April. Part of their service is a 24 hour delivery with a one hour slot. It arrived the next day within that hour slot. Thought before reviewing I'd want to try out my new duvet which I had shook gentle as instructed and if pluffed up beautifully. You have to gentle shake it several times to get it right. Oh my word this duvet (10.5 tog) is absolutely fantastic, it's light, it was perfect temperature for a good sleep. It didn't have one single piece of loose down, no threads loose, beautifully sewn. It was around a hundred pounds cheaper than all the rest I looked at on line. A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO DIAMOND BEDDING.
