Used to be ok. Lack of privacy when discussing personal matters at Beehive Centre - two other members of staff present, listening in, when going through benefits form. Mind you it was just as well since the first lady helping me didn't seem to know what she was doing. The second was more helpful, but they seem to get funny with you when you ask them questions they should really know the answers to regarding what should or should not be sent as evidence for example. Not very understanding with mental health problems either - which is disgraceful considering many people with mainly physical disabilities can end up with depression (especially when dealing with the DWP and places like this). Have since found expert advice which puts this lot completely in the shade.
