Matt came to my home to tell me that i should take my dogs to the vets and have them sedated to be groomed as it was left to long . I wonder if i go to the barbers with my hair long will they give me a sleeping tablet to cut mine . Turned up at 4 pm probably realised it was a few hrs work so made a excuse up i definitely would not be using dial a dog wash or recommend them to freinds or family . But thank you for your input and making me feel rubbish. If i could put 1/4 of a star i would and even that would be too much .

It took me 24h to digest what has happened. I would only “understand” if it was your first time grooming a dog. I wish I had read reviews before I contact the guy. He literally did the worst, most unacceptable, unprofessional, immature, almost childish cut to my 10 years old Yorkshire. Nobody ever did this to him before. 1. Dog left scared and crying when I touched him. 2. No 2 hairs are same length. 3. Back end and tail totally missed. 4. Paws not done at all. The dog had a hair pattern as he’s long hair breed. Was it that difficult to follow the pattern? Do you really have a license? Have you ever done it before? I have only now read previous comments and I’m thinking are we all crazy? Does 3.2 stars mean that you consider reviews? You even claimed that my 10 years old, 4kg Yorkshire terrier with no front teeth tried to bite you, probably wanting to explain what you did? Did you have lights on in this van? Were you able to see what you were doing? Please go get a training on grooming if you want to name yourself a groomer!

Can not believe the service this company gave my dogs. Rushed, is an understatement. Both dogs cleaned (if you call it that) in 10 minutes. Had to clean them myself after as they smelled and was still dirty. Would not recommend and wish I read the company reviews first.

£65 for a quick wash and brush. Back end not touched at all. This guy couldnt be bothered and tried saying the dog was difficult when in fact he was just a bit scared by the experience. A professional groom would have known how to deal with it. Our usual groomer takes around 2 hours for £70. This guy finished in less than 20 minutes and the dog is still dirty and now wet as well!

So apparently a full wash and shave groom, nail clip that didn't happen as he couldn't do it apparently, for safety reasons on a small, very affectionate, child friendly dog. Only took half an hour to do as well. Evidenced on my ring door bell. I work from home amd was extremely busy so its my own fault for not inspecting him before he left or realising hed onky been on my driveway for 30mins. On closer inspection of my fully groomed dog. The tail hadn't been touched neither the head apart from the terrible shaved ears that were Wonkey. He had long strands all over his body and legs. Feet were hacked at and after paying the £45 for half an hours work which from a good professional groomer takes around 2/3hrs depending on length of hair. I Noticed sticky long hair left on his tummy. Tummy was dirty ears were dirty underneath. My dog seemed traumatised by the whole experience as am I. I would avoid at all costs. I spent an hour and half with kitchen scissors tidying him up myself in the end.

My poor dog 4 years ago was badly treated and pulled around in the back of a van he was a 12 month old St. Bernard and to say this guy scared him is an understatement he is so nervous in public and around people he don’t no. My poor dog has never been the same and I feel terrible about it but I can stop it from happening to other dogs so please be careful who you let groom your dog .
