    I trekked to York specially for a good hour to see what all the fuss was about! Amazing food hall and clothing areas however; when I was interested in purchasing a sofa from the home section, there were no staff around so waited for a good 10/15 mins at the desk (2pm on a Saturday!) had to ask at the counter… the guy who came out to help me was absolutely no help whatsoever! I asked if he could do me any kind of deal, his reply “nothing” ! I then proceeded to show interest in the “Aston” sofa and was willing to order it there and then but the unhelpful attitude really put me off! He told me that he personally wouldn’t buy a made to order sofa online.. I asked about a footstool to match and his response was “there’s no footstools in the Aston range” I had to prompt him to look for an alternative that would match the same style! I’ll stick to Pudsey Owlcoates from now on I think! Not worth the journey for me, came out disappointed and deflated! X
