    I can only describe these as a unprofessional targetting company. After their staff not been able to deal with phone calls made though 111. And even nurses working for them hanging up on patients when you complain in discomfort/pain. I've waited many hours for these to call me back and when they have they gave me absolutely no help and I had to get treatment elsewhere. Their staff are rude and uncaring and give little help. I've had to phone back 111 numerouse times due to wrong doing. And these lot try to turn the tables on you for complaining. And what do DHU do, they try to gas light me by writing a letter asking why I phoned so many times. The answer is because of incompetence and targeting by them and 111 NHS. Phone been hung up, phoning me at the exact time im complaining about them on another line. Even when I've had phone calls back after waiting hours no one on the end of the line to talk to. Also getting cut off for no reason. They even wrote a letter to my Doctor without my consent, clearly trying to manipulate and stir up trouble. I found there actions upsetting and it is nothing short of harassment. Upsetting my health. They clearly chose not to follow the Equality Act 2010 and there staff. Are not trained correctly in Equality and diversity. They had the nerve a private company without my concent to write to my Doctor wanting medical information. My GP is not allowed to give out any information to this private company without written concernt from me and they should and clearly know that un GDPR legislation. So they are putting my GP practice at risk of not following GDPR legislation. I denied concent not only in writting to my GP but by phone when I was called. I made my GP aware that DHU are the problem, NO concent given by me. They know the heath problems I phoned about deal with them correctly DHU. This company knows i have health issues and still deliberity target me. I know civil law and have now spoken to solicitors about them. Logs are getting made of any futher actions by them. I will be now using the Equality Act 2010 reasonable ajustments to stop their harassment and stop any duscrimination and if they ignore this I will take them to civil court and ask for a court order put in place against them. And a claim for stress caused. I'd rather trust someone like Hot point with my medical records then this lot. They are meant to help the vulnerable as I am classed vunreable by a civil court Judge ie health. Birmingham County Court. The only thing DHU will pay attention to I beleive will be civil action and the Equality Act 2010. Up to know they have acted disgrafully against me. These people I understand are meant to help keep the number of people from seeking help from A&E. I'm not surprised A&E is fuller due to the treatment and targeting by these. I Ended up there the other night. Due to a recorgnised health condition. As I did not want futher harassment or to be discrimated against by DHU. To get targeted by this company and the uncaring unprofessional behaviour. It made me think these maybe the cheapest contractors that the NHS use. If so I can see why. DHU stop harassing me of you will be paying a visit to Birmingham County Court. Follow the Equality Act 2010. And when I'm using my freedom of expression don't have your staff handing up phones when I'm in distress. I feel your actions are to make me to go to A&E instead of phoning you. This company in my opnion should be investigated and ill be passing on information to others. And may contact the media as well.

    Absolutely awful. The worst company I have ever worked for. Been in health care for 25 years and lasted a few months with this company. Zero support. Training not sufficient for what you deal with. They micro manage and expect you to have 10 seconds between each call. If you are not on a call ops phone you. Some of the clinicians are rude and seem annoyed you call, ops constantly want to know where and what you are doing. Have to basically let them know if you go for a loo break ( unplanned break) Manager is not supported so this impacts on the team. Mixed messages on audits and no consistency. Tick box job that doesn’t work. If they were more relaxed and supportive they would retain staff. Left to work for another company within Health and so much nicer, even though super busy. Avoid this company.

    Had a home visit late this evening from Dr Gillett who was wonderful. He was very thorough in his examination and supplied prescription drugs. His manner was so compassionate and reassuring, he put our minds at rest. He was very knowledable about his patient and his health issues. Thank you so much for your visit after a very long days work.
