I got my parcel eventually. It's ok, however having to travel miles to get your parcel to be met by a very grubby office with broken chairs and literally zero customer service is a bit much. Parking was bad too, the whole site is not designed for visitors or customers, lost an extra star for all the passive aggressive notices taped up everywhere too.

Was told thay would collect the item today between 8.00 and 18.00 and I would receive a 1 hour window for it to be picked up and the time is now 17.48 still had no notification that thay are not able to collect. I have tried to contact by phone just automated load of rubbish

I waited all day for my high valuable parcel today for the portal to say it was delivered - but not to me. When I tracked it down on the portal GPS was showing the item delivered to some bushes. Basically I waited 4 weeks for this product and it’s never arrived and I’ve been on the phone to DHL about 5 times and all times I had to hold for ages. I’m very upset about all this drama this afternoon.
