Dropping off my letter took around 25 minutes, as the process felt disjointed and less efficient than it could have been. However, I must commend the staff, who were very friendly and did their best, despite the challenges posed by the systems they had to work with. It would have been helpful if DHL had offered an option to pay online and print labels in advance, as this could have saved time for both customers and employees. Where possible I don’t will choose other delivery services in the future.
