Rymans are helpful. DHL website and service to collect my IPhone from a hotel is so difficult to follow using the first time..I gave up...and 5 days later I've still not had a further try ... DHL have failed to deliver my Google pixel 7. They wanted me to be available ALL.day to receive it and I wasn't offered a collection point...so it's gone back to Google....

I've been waiting for my parcel to be delivered 6 days ago and until now I haven't received anything yet. They never called nor even bother to send you any messages if they're coming or not. I've alloted a day for me to receive the parcel but they never came. I'm really fuming right now coz until now they never contacted me or which they promised when I called their call center. Don't charge too expensive charges if you can't even deliver on time. Really crap services from you DHL.
