Lately DHL have become absolutely useless. They fail to reply to customer queries, you have difficulty contacting them. Its a week (!!!) since my parcel is “on hold” for a mysterious reason and the only thing their support can tell is “hold on, it’s OK, wait a little bit” but nothing about WHY it is in hold and what is being done about it. At the same very time they continue to charge as if the delivery is fast.
