    I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars just to reflect the effort the local service point made to correct the mistake they made. Yet, I am truly dissatisfied by DHL. I sent a package that was urgent, and due to some labelling mistake, the package not only was not delivered in 6 days (rather than the initial 4 that the website suggested), but it was also missing and nobody knew where it was. I contacted the super expensive (charging 72p per minute as it's a 0844 number) DHL customer services line, and they reassured me that they would immediately launch an internal investigation. THREE days after my call (and following repeated calls) nobody had found the parcel. I decided to visit the local service point (where I handed over my parcel), myself. To my surprise nobody had contacted them to inform them of the missing package (despite the tracking was showing that the package had not left the premises of the local DHL service point). Once I notified the local branch myself, a few hours later they found the labelling mistake and the package. Why did customer services not contact the local branch immediately? If I had not gone there myself 3 days later, would they have even found my parcel? The excessive charge together with the inaction of DHL customer services deserves 0 stars! The local service point who made the mistake but corrected it, was kind of appreciated and saves the day for the terrible DHL experience.
